Our FLEX Cup is also designed for comfortable, hassle-free periods. Plus, the patented ReleaseRing™ breaks the seal, so you can remove it in one smooth motion.

cup is easy to use

Wash your hands and the FLEX Cup for 20 seconds.

Press the sides of the cup together and then fold it in half again forming a tight “U”

OR place a finger on the top rim of the cup and press it down into the center making the top smaller for insertion.

The FLEX cup folds for easy insertion, and then warms and forms to your body, creating a seal. Get in a comfortable position, relax your vaginal muscles, insert the FLEX Cup into your vagina, sliding it up and back toward your tailbone (not straight up).

Make sure the cup has opened completely by inserting a finger into your vagina and gently pressing on the side of the vaginal wall. You should feel no pleats or indentations. Creating space around it allows the cup to fully open.

Go and live your life as you normally would! You can swim, exercise, and sleep wearing FLEX Cup. It collects up to three super tampons worth of fluid for up to 12 hours.

Simply pull the ReleaseRing™ to break the seal and remove. The ReleaseRing™ pulls the top of the cup in to break the seal and help prevent spillage during removal. Before using or reusing, remove the ReleaseRing™ and thoroughly wash the cup for 20 seconds with warm water.

Questions & Answers
1. How does a menstrual cup work?

A menstrual cup sits in the vaginal canal to collect menses, rather than absorbing it. It’s reusable, so one cup replaces your current products for the heaviest to the lightest days of your flow. Since it doesn’t absorb fluid, it leaves your natural lubrication in place, making it much more comfortable to wear. It can be worn for up to 12 hours, is hypoallergenic and does not affect the natural pH of your vagina.

The cup is folded to insert, and it opens up inside of you. It creates a seal with the vaginal walls to prevent leaks.

2. What is the difference between FLEX Cup and other cups?

With menstrual cups, a seal is created where the vaginal walls meet the cup wall. Once this seal is created, if you were to tug on the cup, you would experience suction.

3. How does it not leak?

The FLEX Cup prevents leaks in two ways. First, the cup itself creates a seal with the vaginal walls, which helps hold it in place and funnels everything into the cup.

4. Can you feel the loop when it’s in?

Our ReleaseRing is soft and pliable, so it moves with your body, rather than poking against it. You may feel the ReleaseRing right when the cup is inserted, but as it warms to your body temperature and conforms to your natural shape, you shouldn’t notice it.

5. How do I know which size is right for me?

For most people, either size will work— it’s a matter of choosing the best fit for your comfort and capacity concerns. We recommend that most first time cup users start with our Slim Fit cup. It will be easier to have it open fully once inserted. However, if are over 30 and/or if you have given birth, the Full Fit will likely result in a better, leak-free fit for you. Our Full Fit cup also has an increased capacity, so it may be the best choice for you if you have a heavier than average flow. (The Slim Fit holds 22 mL of fluid, and the Full Fit holds 30 mL)

6. What is the refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds on product that has already been processed.

7. I have mobility challenges, will this cup work for me?

The FLEX Cup was designed by a woman with a disability to make cups easier to use, and we think it can expand access to use for many more people that have found conventional cups too challenging.

8. What is the difference between the FLEX Disc and the FLEX Cup?

Menstrual discs sit above the vaginal canal in the widest part of the vagina, called the vaginal fornix. Cups sit in the canal, similar to where a tampon sits.

9. Where can I learn more about the disc?
